Job Description
As part of the Facility Management team, you will typically become involved in fault finding and fixing, planned preventative maintenance.
Experience in mechanical and electrical breakdown.
Ideally possess additional skills, knowledge, and expertise within commercial building services i.e., building fabric, electrical/gas and plumbing.
Flexible approach due to due the travel aspect, as this is a mobile position that will involve travelling to multiple sites.
A flexible, ‘can-do’ approach is essential due to duties that may fall outside of Multi Skills i.e., Fabric Maintenance, plumbing etc. as required, working as part of wider maintenance team.
Due to the nature of the position the successful candidate will carry out all duties and responsibilities in a timely, efficient, and professional manner as well as possessing a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude.

Ideally Apprenticeship training, but showing a recognised industry qualification
