We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Technical Services Team based in London.
Within this role working among a great team, ensuring service delivery meets financial targets and operates within agreed budget.
Location: Mobile covering London and Home Counties with fully supported travel to client sites.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be working within the Technical Services Team, supporting them in various areas.
Your day to day will include:
Overseeing the direction and management of operational business streams, ensuring good profitability and the delivery of business plans in a timely and efficient manner
Active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to company strategy and driving profit targets
Developing effective client and partner relationships in order to identify and secure profitable work within the client base or scope of a contract to meet business growth targets
Providing significant contribution to the development of the business plan, its regular review and the growth of the business
Achieving high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to partnership development
What are we looking for?
This role of Operations Manager is great for you if you:
Competency in the inner workings of commercial premises and able to articulate themselves well as the role is client facing to include regular face to face meetings with key stakeholders.
Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
Hold the relevant qualifications (e.g. Management qualification and/or technical qualification)
Previous experience of a similar role
Experience of managing at a senior level
