Trainee Recruitment Consultant

At Valknut we are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work in a busy consultancy managing all aspects of recruitment whilst training to become a full client and candidate led consultant.

Duties of the role will include:
• Conducting interviews, networking and engaging with both Clients and Candidates.
• Operating across the UK, EMEA & North America – will allow you to develop an extremely desirable skillset.
• Managing input and output of client, contact and candidate data for our Recruitment CRM.
• Managing candidate RTW and other essential data to conform to GDPR & other correct standards.
• Achieving sales targets and other associated targets as set by your Consultancy Manager.
• Assisting senior members of the team to generate new candidates for outstanding technical and management roles.
